Yes! All our classes are held in English and Italian. Upon request, we can also provide a Spanish, French, or Portuguese-speaking instructor.
Absolutely! Many traditional Roman pasta sauces are vegetarian, and we always offer a vegetarian option in all our group classes, private classes, and dinners. Just let us know in advance!
Just your enthusiasm, a big smile, and an empty stomach—we're going to cook (and eat!) plenty of delicious food. We’ll provide you with an apron during the class, and you’ll also receive a PDF with all the recipes at the end of the experience.
